How do I disable/delete my account?

To have your TrypScore account disabled:

In the TrypScore app

1) Open the TrypScore app and navigate to your Account Details page by clicking the avatar icon in the top right corner of your screen.

2) Next, click “Edit Account” (top right corner of the screen) and scroll to the bottom of the page.

3) Click “Disable Account” at the bottom of the screen. You will then see a pop-up asking you to confirm if you’d like to delete your account – click “Yes” if you’d like to proceed.

To have your TrypScore account deleted:

1) To make a request online to have your TrypScore account deleted, please fill out the form located here: https://support.trypscore.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

2) Under “Please choose the best category for your inquiry”, click the drop down menu to select “Request Account Deletion”.

3) Fill out the required details and hit the “submit” button at the bottom of the page to send your request.

4) A member from the TrypScore support team will be in touch to acknowledge your request and let you know once your account deletion has been completed.
