How do I delete my account?

There are two ways to have your TrypScore account deleted:

In the TrypScore app

• Open the TrypScore app and navigate to your Account Details page by clicking the avatar icon in the top right corner of your screen.
• Next, click “Edit Account” (top right corner of the screen) and scroll to the bottom of the page.
• Click “Delete Account” at the bottom of the screen. You will then see a pop-up asking you to confirm if you’d like to delete your account – click “Yes” if you’d like to proceed.

Online via TrypScore Support

• To make a request online to have your TrypScore account deleted, please fill out the form located here: https://support.trypscore.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
• Under “Please choose the best category for your inquiry”, click the drop down menu to select “Request Account Deletion”.
• Fill out the required details and hit the “submit” button at the bottom of the page to send your request.
• A member from the TrypScore support team will be in touch to acknowledge your request and let you know once your account deletion has been completed.
